You do not have to complete optional form fields. Tracking by cookies is outside the scope of this notice.

Processing is based on the following legal grounds in Article 5/2 of Law No. 6698:
- Article 5/2-c: processing is necessary for personal data of the parties to a contract, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of the contract
- Article 5/2-ç: processing is mandatory for the data controller to fulfil a legal obligation
- Article 5/2-f: processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject
This notice does not constitute explicit consent. Explicit consent is not collected through these forms for marketing, profiling or similar separate processing.
6. Recipient groups
Your personal data may be shared, limited to the purposes above, with the following recipient groups:
- Website, form, hosting and e-mail infrastructure service providers
- Authorised technical support service providers
- Public institutions and organisations authorised by law
7. International transfers
Website forms are submitted through the Netlify Forms infrastructure. Form delivery and e-mail transmission may involve processing of personal data on servers located outside Türkiye. In that case, the transfer is subject to the conditions and safeguards set out in Article 9 of Law No. 6698.
This notice does not state that a standard contractual clause, Board authorisation, adequacy decision or other appropriate safeguard has already been put in place. Whether a transfer meets Article 9 depends on the infrastructure used and the circumstances of the specific transfer.
8. Retention and deletion
Personal data are processed for as long as the purpose of processing and any legal retention duties continue. When those purposes and duties end, the data are deleted, destroyed or anonymised. This notice does not set a fixed retention period.
9. Rights of the data subject
Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you may apply to the data controller and exercise the following rights:
- To learn whether your personal data are processed
- To request information if your personal data have been processed
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data are used in accordance with that purpose
- To know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom personal data are transferred
- To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data
- To request deletion or destruction of personal data under the conditions in Article 7 of the Law
- To request that correction, deletion or destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data have been transferred
- To object to a result against you that arises from analysis of the processed data exclusively by automated systems
- To claim compensation if you suffer damage because personal data were processed unlawfully
